1 Who can see the message?

Only the beneficiaries you designate. No one else — not even our team — can access the content: it is stored encrypted and only released when the conditions you defined are met and the beneficiary validates their identity.

2 How is identity validated?

Through a multi-layer process: official ID, a real-time selfie liveness check and a unique, personalized access key. Higher plans add advanced biometric validation.

3 What does the Vitaria box include?

Step-by-step instructions for the beneficiary, a unique personalized access key, a printed thank-you letter and access to priority support throughout the process.

4 How long is my message kept?

It depends on the plan: from 10 years on the Essential plan up to lifetime safekeeping on the Legacy plan. During all that time your message remains encrypted with redundant copies.

5 Can the message be updated or replaced?

Yes. As the account holder you can re-record your message, update beneficiaries or change delivery conditions at any time, at no extra cost.

6 What if there are several beneficiaries?

Each beneficiary receives their own box with a unique key and validates their identity independently. You can assign different messages to each person or the same message to all.

7 How is delivery triggered?

You define the conditions: a specific date, a verified event or a beneficiary’s request. Our protocol verifies the conditions are met before starting delivery.

8 What level of privacy do you offer?

Total. Your information is never shared or sold, content is encrypted in transit and at rest, every access is audited and we comply with Mexican federal data protection law.
